My path to somatic therapy wasn’t a straight line. It was a journey of returning to myself. For a long time, I lived in a body I didn’t truly inhabit. I was a stranger to my own skin, ignoring my needs until they became shouts—a heavy, persistent ache in my lower back and a soul that felt out of place in the world. I was just “managing” my life, disconnected and out of breath, until a yoga mat finally met my feet. That first class wasn’t just about movement; it was an emotional breakthrough. When I left the studio, I started to cry. I finally felt myself within. It was such a big relief to have that gentle connection with myself again. Step by step, I became a yoga teacher, specializing in Hatha, Yin, and trauma-focused practice, and eventually, a somatic therapist.
That realization—that I had to change my life—took me across the globe. I traded the familiar for the unknown, traveling from the stillness of India and Nepal to the vibrant energy of New York. Every country I visited was always about the same thing: people, yoga, and the connection with ourselves.
Everything came together four years ago in Italy at a trauma-healing retreat founded and led by a trauma psychologist. I began my journey there as a yoga teacher and, within that same space, transitioned into my role as a Somatic Therapist. Today, I continue to work at this fantastic retreat—globally ranked as the #1 women’s healing retreat—where I support the participants’ journeys under the psychologist’s leadership. It is a space where care and presence allow the nervous system to begin the gentle work of releasing, rejuvenating, and feeling safe again.
Whether I am supporting a deep retreat or holding space for you in a 1-on-1 session, my focus is the language of your body. We don’t rush here. Healing isn’t a race; it’s a returning. Using somatic tools, trauma-informed yoga, and the grounding art of reflexology, we work at the speed of your safety. We look at your breath, your nervous system responses, and those hidden tensions.
Healing isn’t a race; it’s about finally feeling safe under your own skin. I’m here to be with you on the way—one step at a time, in your own rhythm, without rushing. It is a place for being as you are, where you don’t need to perform.
