Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy is a body mind centered approach to mental health that focuses on the connection between physical sensations and emotional experiences. It employs techniques such as breathwork, movement, grounding exercises, and mindfulness to help individuals process and release trauma stored in the body.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote overall well-being. Foot Reflexology

Foot reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet believed to correspond with different organs and systems in the body. It is based on the principle that stimulating these reflex areas can promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support overall health. Many people use foot reflexology as a complementary treatment to reduce stress and enhance well-being
